We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The welcome we received from the staff was wonderful, helpful, and they were genuinely passionate about ensuring we had an amazing time. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to the best of the city. The views from the hotel were fantastic, and we especially loved the beautiful view from our apartment. The hotel facilities were well-equipped and we appreciated the mid-week cleaning. The staff, including Eva and Lydia, were professional and kind, accommodating our schedule and even allowing for an early check-in. The WiFi worked well and we had no issues with it. this hotel provided great value for money and we hope to return in the future.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, offering a fabulous view over the old harbor. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The hostess, Mina, was very helpful and responsive, recommending local restaurants and providing excellent service.

The outside furniture was uncomfortable, and the narrow single beds were not the most comfortable.

I chose Astraia Residence solely because it was located near the Venetian Port, which I had been eagerly looking forward to visiting. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the limited housekeeping service provided. The kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, and separate dining area was a great feature that allowed me to prepare and enjoy meals at my convenience.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the noise from running water and some maintenance issues, our overall experience was outstanding.
